Tanggung Jawab
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on various metal materials
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering specifications
- Inspect weldments for defects using non-destructive testing methods
- Operate welding equipment including plasma cutters and grinders
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineers and fabricators on complex projects
- Document welding procedures and maintain quality control records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional welding experience
- Valid AWS or equivalent welding certification
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving and spatial reasoning skills
