As a crucial member of our technical operations, you will be responsible for executing high-quality welding tasks to support our industrial projects. In this role, you will work on various fabrication and maintenance projects, ensuring that all work meets strict safety protocols and technical specifications. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, technical proficiency in common welding methods, and a commitment to delivering durable, high-precision results in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality welding on various metal structures according to blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) to ensure peak performance and safety.
- Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, precision, and compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and cutting as required.
- Collaborate with the site supervisor to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Perform preventative maintenance on welding machinery and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional Welder in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Technical certification or vocational degree in Welding or a related mechanical field.
- Deep understanding of welding techniques (MIG/TIG/ARC) and metal properties.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (K3) regulations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
- Possession of a valid welding certificate (Sertifikat Juru Las) is highly preferred.
