PT Antikaraya Niaganusa, a leader in the automotive body manufacturing (karoseri) industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Welder to join our production team in Jakarta Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality welding tasks (MIG/MAG/TIG) on vehicle body components according to engineering blueprints.
- Prepare metal surfaces, including cleaning, grinding, and cutting materials to size for assembly.
- Operate welding equipment safely while strictly adhering to company SOPs and workplace safety protocols.
- Inspect finished welds for structural integrity, penetration, and aesthetic consistency.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and project deadlines.
- Maintain welding machinery and tools in optimal working condition through routine inspections.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential structural defects during the fabrication process.
- Ensure all karoseri fabrication complies with industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Welder, preferably within the automotive, karoseri, or heavy metal manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and fabrication blueprints.
- Solid understanding of different welding techniques and metallurgical properties.
- Possession of a valid welding certification (Sertifikat Las) is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a workshop environment.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent weld quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedule demands.
