We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder / Steel Fixer to join our growing site operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and timely execution of our construction projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and site specifications to perform precise steel fixing and welding tasks.
- Operate welding equipment (MIG/TIG/Arc) safely and effectively in various construction environments.
- Cut, bend, and install steel bars for concrete reinforcement according to engineering designs.
- Conduct regular quality checks on welded joints and structural steel assemblies to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain site equipment and tools, reporting any defects or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and project managers to meet daily construction schedules.
- Ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace by adhering strictly to OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Welder or Steel Fixer in the construction industry.
- Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and structural steel reinforcement principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to work effectively in outdoor construction site conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on site locations within the Kuching and Kota Samarahan areas.
