Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of strategic marketing and engagement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, creative, and analytics to ensure program alignment with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish robust frameworks for tracking program success and ROI.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in developing best-in-class design and execution methodologies.
- Oversee the lifecycle of various programs from initial ideation and prototyping to full-scale deployment and optimization.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps that drive efficiency and user satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, strategy, or digital marketing design.
- Proven track record of launching successful high-impact initiatives in a tech or digital-first environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and design collaboration tools.
- A creative problem-solver who excels under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
