Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale content programs, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Design, document, and optimize global content operations workflows to increase production efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional global marketing teams to align content initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Establish KPIs and governance models to measure content performance and operational ROI.
- Mitigate project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate clear communication across diverse stakeholders.
- Manage technology stacks and tools utilized in the content lifecycle, including CMS and DAM platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale content delivery without compromising quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing global, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the content development lifecycle, from ideation to distribution.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2 preferred).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday).
- Ability to work within shifting global time zones and cultural contexts.
