Tanggung Jawab
- Design and facilitate a variety of stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music, reminiscence therapy, and light exercise sessions.
- Implement Montessori principles to foster independence and self-esteem among seniors.
- Monitor participants' well-being during sessions, adapting activities to suit varying physical and cognitive abilities.
- Build positive relationships with seniors, providing emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with the care team to track participant progress and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, activity outcomes, and incident reports.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant experience in community work, elderly care, or social services is preferred.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or training in dementia care is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to engage with seniors of diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute programs effectively.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certificate in Gerontology or Social Work) is a plus.
