Securindo Packatama Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Programmer and Business Intelligence Specialist to join our growing team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex raw data and actionable business insights by developing robust systems and insightful dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in database management, software development, and data visualization. You will be instrumental in optimizing our internal processes, automating workflows, and ensuring that our leadership team has access to real-time data to drive strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain scalable database architectures and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing system performance and resolve bugs or bottlenecks efficiently.
- Perform data modeling and complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
- Document technical processes and system architectures for future maintenance and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or BI Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, PHP, or Java) for system development.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a project-based contract environment.
