We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Programmer cum Machinist (CNC Milling & Turning) to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC Milling and Turning centers to produce machined parts according to strict technical specifications.
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code and M-code) to ensure optimal machine performance and part accuracy.
- Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders accurately.
- Perform in-process quality control checks (e.g., measuring dimensions with precision tools) to ensure compliance with tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments to ensure machine longevity and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and reduce cycle times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in CNC programming and operation, specifically in Milling and Turning processes.
- Strong working knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints and technical drawings with high accuracy.
- Excellent manual dexterity and the physical stamina required for standing and operating machinery for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining errors effectively.
