As a Project Accounting Sr. Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of our projects. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end project accounting life cycle for a diverse portfolio of assigned accounts and projects. Working closely with project managers and finance teams, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, billing, and compliance. This role focuses on the morning shift schedule, offering excellent work-life balance in a vibrant, collaborative team environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project accounting lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of projects.
- Generate and review complex client invoices and progress billings in accordance with contract terms.
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and profitability margins on a regular basis.
- Perform revenue recognition analysis and ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 standards.
- Prepare and present monthly project financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance Business Partners to resolve accounting issues and drive financial performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOX/internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit activities related to project financials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project accounting, general accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and project accounting cycles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or JD Edwards is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Willing and able to work the morning shift (day shift) schedule in Santa Ana, Metro Manila.
