Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate project progress.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation to optimize project costs.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information flow.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Monitor project risks and identify potential issues early to mitigate delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
