Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end setup of complex research projects in alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate fieldwork activities, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Monitor and troubleshoot project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and sector vertical leads.
- Conduct rigorous data validation and quality control checks to ensure accuracy in final deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine project methodologies and improve operational efficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing research findings and project status.
- Maintain clear documentation and records of project-related communications and data logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, data management, or market research.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of research methodologies and project management software is a plus.
