Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including conceptual design, schematic development, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, local authorities, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality control.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Solve technical challenges during the construction phase to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in architectural practice, specifically in project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, planning submissions, and construction methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
