Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed architectural documentation using Revit software for multifamily residential projects
- Develop comprehensive construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with structural engineers and other team members to coordinate design elements
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues
- Prepare cost estimates and assist with value engineering to optimize project budgets
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Architect
- Proficiency in Revit software with strong BIM modeling capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of wood frame construction techniques and materials
- Experience with multifamily residential project documentation
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
