Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough project analysis and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Consultant or Project Manager (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
