Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily operations of IT projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, developers, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress through various tools and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early, proposing solutions to mitigate delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk assessments, meeting notes, and technical specifications.
- Support the Project Manager in implementing best practices for project control and governance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project control, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
