You will act as the primary liaison between on-site teams, management, and key stakeholders. Your ability to manage documentation, track project timelines, and allocate resources effectively will be critical to our collective success. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects adhere to planned schedules and design specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and material delivery records.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Monitor site safety compliance and ensure all work practices meet industry and environmental standards.
- Oversee resource allocation, including the deployment of manpower, machinery, and horticultural supplies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of plant health and landscape installation.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and budget tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the landscape or construction sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic documentation software (MS Office).
- Working knowledge of WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
