In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of our store development projects, ensuring that every new and renovated location reflects our brand excellence and adheres to the highest operational standards.
As our Project & Development Executive, you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external contractors, and design agencies. Your primary mission is to translate conceptual designs into high-quality retail spaces while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end store development activities, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
- Ensure all store designs and layouts strictly comply with company global branding and operational standards.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site progress regularly to ensure construction quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising and retail operations teams to optimize store traffic flow and product display areas.
- Prepare detailed project status reports, including budget tracking and timeline updates, for management review.
- Resolve on-site technical issues or design conflicts to minimize project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail store development, project management, or construction supervision.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design and project management software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of retail operational requirements and physical store layouts.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage budget constraints.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
