As a Project Executive (EFM)(E3) based in Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in the endâtoâend execution of research projects, ensuring that every deliverable meets our high standards of quality, relevance, and timeliness.
Working closely with senior project managers, field teams, data analysts, and client stakeholders, you will translate research objectives into actionable project plans. Your responsibilities include defining scope, setting realistic timelines, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing any risks or deviations. By maintaining clear, transparent communication with both internal teams and external clients, you will help Ipsos sustain its reputation for excellence and innovation.

- Lead endâtoâend execution of market research projects, ensuring onâtime, onâbudget delivery.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and deliverables as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with field teams, data processing, and analytics to produce actionable insights.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and risk logs; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Ipsos quality standards and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare and present concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3â5 years of experience in project management, market research, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Malay is a plus.
- Familiarity with research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative) and statistical basics.
- Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is advantageous.
- Selfâmotivated, detailâoriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
