Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end media and industry programmes to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks to meet strict deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentation materials for management review.
- Coordinate event logistics, resource allocation, and budget tracking for industry-focused initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between internal creative teams and external industry partners to ensure alignment.
- Support the implementation of media campaigns and program activations in line with company objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management or media operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
