Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute spiritual events that align with the monastery's values and mission
- Manage event budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure successful execution
- Develop promotional strategies and marketing materials to increase event attendance and community engagement
- Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations
- Maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Monitor event outcomes and implement improvements for future events
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and organizational policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and project execution
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of Buddhist practices and values (advantageous)
- Ability to work in a multicultural and spiritual environment with sensitivity and respect
