- Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a portfolio of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Partner with Project Managers to track project financials, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and risk profiles.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project cost accounting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, billing, and cost allocation in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to optimize project performance and cash flow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Delivery to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by the leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in project finance, FP&A, or management accounting, ideally within the BPO or IT services industry.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of project cost management, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
