Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Resource allocation and budget oversight for multiple concurrent projects
- Stakeholder management across technical, business, and client teams
- Risk mitigation and issue resolution for complex semiconductor initiatives
- Performance tracking using KPIs and reporting to senior leadership
- Process optimization through continuous improvement methodologies
- Team leadership and mentorship for project management professionals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years project management experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
