We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Technical Project Manager to lead our data program initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects, from initial discovery and integration to final governance and KPI reporting. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our data solutions are delivered with the highest quality, speed, and user adoption.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable project plans. You will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure that all project milestones are met within scope and budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data programs, including discovery, integration, governance, and KPI reporting.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals across departments.
- Oversee data integration processes and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Develop comprehensive KPI dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track project progress and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, technical roadblocks, and scope creep to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive user adoption of new data tools and platforms through training and change management initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager in a data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
