Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for global expansion and entry into new business markets.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Analyze foreign market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and competitive positioning.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for overseas projects, from planning to final implementation.
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment with business model objectives.
- Establish standard operating procedures for overseas operations to ensure consistency and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, international business development, or market entry strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable project plans.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian; proficiency in an additional foreign language is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, flexible contract environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid capacity.
