Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience in advertising, marketing, or creative industries
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
