Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and report performance to senior management.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on brand messaging and objectives.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and accessible for transparency and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the marketing or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
