In this role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, from briefing and planning to execution and evaluation. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver exceptional work within scope, budget, and timeline. Your excellent communication skills will ensure seamless collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, building trust and driving satisfaction. You will also track progress, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in project management within the marketing or agency environment. You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. A background in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred. Technical skills such as proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and a keen eye for detail are essential for success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage marketing and communications projects from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) to develop project plans and deliverables that meet client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear reports to stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all project outputs, aligning with brand guidelines and standards.
- Facilitate post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and creative processes.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
