Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee A&A and commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Manage project documentation including contracts, progress reports, and variation orders
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or challenges that arise
- Liaise with relevant authorities for permits and approvals as required
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management for interior fit-out or A&A projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial interior projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Singapore
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
