- End-to-end project lifecycle management for AMI and Smart Grid implementations
- Stakeholder coordination across technical, business, and regulatory domains
- Resource allocation and budget management for multi-disciplinary teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution in utility infrastructure projects
- Compliance management with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Performance tracking using KPIs and agile methodologies
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight
- Project documentation and knowledge transfer to operational teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years project management experience in utility/energy sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record with AMI deployments or smart grid projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills for technical and financial planning
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and international vendors
