Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute brand activations, trade marketing events, and business development initiatives.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project updates and expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-efficiency and that all milestones are met on schedule.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure the best resources and negotiate contracts where necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the marketing, events, or advertising industry.
- Proven track record in brand activations, trade marketing, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
