Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing, for animation and game development projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison and central communicator between cross-functional internal teams (creative, design, production, marketing) and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication and productive collaboration.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, and strategic resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve project goals.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
- Monitor and track project progress diligently, providing regular status updates, milestone reports, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Implement and continually optimize project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to enhance team productivity, streamline workflows, and improve delivery speed.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept and asset creation to final delivery and post-production.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, optimize resource utilization, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Film Production, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the animation, gaming, or broader creative industries.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex projects involving multiple dependencies, diverse skill sets, and cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of animation and game development pipelines, creative workflows, and technical production processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, motivate, and guide teams.
- Proficiency with leading project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Trello).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach to risk management.
