In this role, you will be the bridge between our business goals and technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of critical digital banking initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, leveraging your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Whether you are managing complex software developments, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation projects, you will ensure that milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for an expert collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical fluency to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with Bank Mandiri's strategic digital transformation goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Apply adaptive project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall) depending on the specific project requirements.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks to maintain momentum.
- Conduct regular status updates and reporting to senior management, providing clear insights into project health and ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the development teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Product Owner roles within a fintech or banking environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum/XP), and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
- PMP, CSM, or other relevant professional project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure professional environment.
