You will lead cross-functional projects, manage complex go-to-market roadmaps, and contribute directly to business development initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of regional go-to-market strategies for self-serve digital products.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product launches and feature updates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for revenue growth and user retention.
  • Manage project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and improve customer experience.
  • Synthesize market intelligence to iterate on pricing models and acquisition funnels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in project management, GTM strategy, or business development within the tech sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scaling self-serve business models or SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization (Tableau/Looker), or SQL.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
