Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design projects, from initial site assessment to final handover and rectification.
- Coordinate directly with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with their vision.
- Manage project budgets comprehensively, including cost estimation, procurement of materials, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with architects, interior designers, and sub-contractors to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor site safety, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure on-time delivery within the stipulated timeframe.
- Proactively resolve on-site technical issues and manage changes in project scope effectively to minimize delays.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management specifically within the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and standard office productivity software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing diverse vendor relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, fire safety regulations, and BCA standards.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage site teams and sub-contractors effectively.
- PMP certification or similar project management accreditation is highly preferred.
