Agency Creative is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in high-impact influencer campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee our KOL/Influencer Marketing division in Cimahi Tengah. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and top-tier influencers, ensuring seamless campaign execution from ideation to reporting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills. You will be responsible for managing influencer relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring all campaign KPIs are met with excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end execution of KOL and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Coordinate communication between clients and creators to ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are strictly followed.
- Source, vet, and negotiate contracts with influencers and KOLs across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize current and future influencer collaborations.
- Draft detailed project briefs and manage content review processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot operational issues that may arise during active campaigns to prevent delays.
- Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports highlighting key insights and ROI for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, specifically within an advertising, digital media, or influencer marketing agency.
- Deep familiarity with the influencer landscape in Indonesia and current social media trends.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with both clients and talent.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) and data analytics platforms.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
