Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and monitor the entire land clearing process to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and local laws during operations.
- Coordinate with machinery operators, laborers, and technical staff to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to senior management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, equipment usage, and labor productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land clearing, construction project management, or civil engineering.
- Valid Project Management Certificate (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of heavy machinery operation and site safety protocols.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and work effectively in remote locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license.
