You will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, managing stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Integra projects from the point of award through to final handover.
- Oversee contract implementation, ensuring all deliverables align with company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to prevent cost overruns and delays.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot technical or logistical challenges in real-time.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal leadership regarding project status and risk mitigation.
- Manage project documentation, including scope changes, compliance reports, and handover protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in project management, ideally within the security, construction, or building services sectors.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical contracts and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
