Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress across all system development phases using agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts) to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and status updates
- Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and change requests
- Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Lead project closure activities including documentation and lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of project management experience in system development or IT infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on schedule and within budget
