Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on MEP and HVAC systems
- Conduct systematic inspections to identify equipment malfunctions and potential failures
- Install, calibrate, and optimize HVAC equipment for optimal energy efficiency
- Maintain detailed technical documentation of maintenance activities and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility operations issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and system breakdowns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MEP/HVAC maintenance
- Technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HVAC systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid certification in refrigerant handling (e.g., EPA 608)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
