Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for telecommunications initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors) to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs, risk factors, and budget variances while implementing corrective actions
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular reporting, presentations, and status meetings
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in telecommunications or IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex technical problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
