This critical role involves developing comprehensive project roadmaps, identifying potential hazards, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation frameworks for oil & gas infrastructure projects
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments using industry-standard methodologies (FMEA, HAZOP)
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies to address operational, financial, and safety concerns
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian oil & gas regulations (Pertamina standards, government permits)
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain project alignment
- Manage change control processes and update project documentation in real-time
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in project planning/risk management within oil & gas industry
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) required
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian energy sector regulations and permitting processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
