Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across upstream departments including exploration, drilling, and production
- Support data analysis and reporting for reservoir performance and field operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic record (CGPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
