Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and property development sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, and property owners.
- Prepare professional project proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Conduct site visits to measure project requirements and provide technical recommendations on aluminium products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production and installation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within specification.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final payment collection.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field (Architecture or Civil Engineering background is a plus).
- Proven experience in Project Sales, specifically in building materials, construction, or the aluminium/façade industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction project timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CAD software is highly preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
