Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including contractors, developers, and architects.
- Actively scout for new project leads and tender opportunities within the building construction sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and site visits to explain the technical benefits of our building envelope solutions.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in line with company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and understand technical product specifications.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for field meetings in the Jakarta area.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
