Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the Electrical and Electronics industry? PT Berkat Indo-Opple Gemilang is seeking a highly motivated Project Sales representative to join our growing team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for identifying high-value project opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and consultants.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles, provide technical product solutions, and consistently exceed revenue targets. You will represent our brand at the forefront of the industry, delivering cutting-edge electrical and lighting solutions that power modern infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical and electronics project sector.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and main contractors.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to clients to ensure our solutions meet project specifications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipeline to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and technical support, to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and project status to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B project sales within the lighting, electrical, or construction industry.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta construction market and established network of industry contacts.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
