You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, providing technical consultations to contractors and architects, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial building and construction sector.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations based on specific project requirements.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations for contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction chemicals, building materials, or specialized building services sector.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and client offices throughout the region.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
