We are a leader in industrial machinery solutions, providing high-precision equipment to major manufacturing hubs in Cikarang and beyond.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our advanced automation technology and our clients' production needs. You will not only manage sales cycles but also provide technical consultation to ensure our clients receive the best press stamping solutions to optimize their efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients in the manufacturing and automotive sectors requiring press stamping automation.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of machinery to prospective customers.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, technical quotations, and project cost estimations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize automation solutions based on specific client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to project commissioning and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial automation and market competitors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the industrial machinery or automation sector.
- Strong understanding of press stamping processes, production lines, and industrial automation technology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software for sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings within the Cikarang area and surrounding industrial estates.
