Superhelindo Jaya, a leader in vertical transportation solutions, is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the sales of our premium elevator, escalator, and travellator systems, catering to prestigious commercial and residential projects across Indonesia.
You will be responsible for identifying high-value project leads, building long-term relationships with developers, architects, and contractors, and navigating complex sales cycles to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can articulate the technical value of our products and provide customized mobility solutions to our clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and property development sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and site visits to proposal submission and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including project owners, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical consultations for elevators, escalators, and travellators.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, project forecasts, and target progress updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal technical and installation teams to ensure project requirements are met throughout the sales journey.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B project sales, ideally in construction, building materials, or heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle and tender procurement processes in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites across Jakarta, Bandung, Batam, Bali, Semarang, and Surabaya.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
