Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the Riau region to expand Daikin's market share.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, developers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to recommend the most efficient HVAC solutions for client needs.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, tenders, and contracts while ensuring adherence to company pricing policies.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in the HVAC, construction, or building material industry.
- Deep understanding of the construction project cycle and tender processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Pekanbaru and surrounding areas as required.
